The Patient Portal is designed to allow easier access to medical records and other documents. We will make every attempt to answer any questions you may have, however please understand that the portal is not an appropriate place to diagnose/treat all conditions or replace visits directly with your provider.
Please be aware that portal message inquiries and refill requests can take up to 24 business hours for a response. This time may be prolonged during clinic closures such as holidays.
In the event that you need to contact us through the portal after business hours, please know that messages from this site are only monitored and responded to between 8am - 8pm. We do follow our weekends and holiday, however responses may be delayed. In the event that you need immediate assistance that can't wait until the morning you may call our office at (559) 746-7337 and choose the "After Hours Nurse Line" option.
